AI automation.
Grimsby and the UK
AI automation is software that answers, follows up and books for you while you get on with the work, connected to the tools you already use. Every business leaks somewhere: missed calls, enquiries left overnight, quotes typed by hand. We find yours first, then build the system that fixes it, so you can grow without adding admin.
It starts with a free call to find your biggest leak.

Enquiries go cold in minutes, not days. Interest peaks the moment someone gets in touch, and falls away fast.
100×
Calling a new lead back at 30 minutes instead of 5 cut the odds of reaching them a hundredfold.

21×
Over the same 25 minutes, the odds of the lead agreeing to a next step, such as a call or an appointment, fell 21 times.

Firms that tried to reply within an hour were nearly seven times as likely to get that next step as firms that tried even an hour later.

The leak
What missed enquiries cost you. Put in your own numbers.
Your figures, your estimate. Start from a normal week; the defaults are only a starting point.
Walking out of the door each year
£23,400
10 a week × 30% × £150 × 52 weeks. The free audit works out how much of it a system could catch, and whether that is worth more than it costs.
Seven systems
Seven systems, one less job each. Start with the one that fixes your biggest leak.
Your phone line
AI Voice Receptionist
Calls ring out after hours and when the team is busy, and most callers never ring back.
Picks up when nobody else does and has a real conversation about your business: it answers questions, books the caller in, confirms by text and email, and texts you a summary.
Every caller gets an answer, and reminders let people cancel in time, so the slot can be rebooked instead of lost to a no-show.
Forms, ads & missed calls
Speed-to-lead
Leads go cold while they wait hours for a reply, and the fastest competitor wins the job.
Replies to every new enquiry within a minute by text or email, asks the qualifying questions and books them straight into your diary.
You talk to warm, qualified leads instead of chasing cold ones.
Your website
AI Website Assistant
Visitors with a quick question leave rather than fill in a form.
A chat assistant trained on your business answers them on the spot and sends every enquiry to your inbox or CRM.
More of your existing traffic turns into enquiries.
Behind the scenes
CRM & Pipeline
Leads and customers live across inboxes, spreadsheets and sticky notes, so follow-ups slip.
Every lead, booking and customer in one place: the CRM you already use, set up properly and optimised, or one built around how you work. Follow-ups send themselves, and your numbers sit on one dashboard.
Nothing falls through the cracks. Pair it with speed-to-lead or the voice receptionist, and every enquiry and call lands in it on its own.
After every job
Review Engine
Happy customers rarely leave a review unless someone asks at the right moment.
Asks every customer for a Google review at the right time, and drafts replies to the reviews you get.
A steady flow of fresh reviews that helps you get found.
Your customer list
Win-back Campaigns
Past customers forget you exist, and the list you already paid to build sits unused.
Spots customers who have gone quiet and brings them back with timed text and email offers.
Repeat business from people who already know and trust you.
Your office
Quote & Admin Automation
Hours every week go on quotes, chasing invoices and copying details between systems.
Turns enquiries into draft quotes, chases unpaid invoices and moves data between your tools automatically.
Your team gets those hours back for work that earns.

FAQ.
Before you book: what people ask us about AI, from their customers’ data to what it costs.
All questionsIs my customers' data safe?
We only connect the systems a job needs, and set each one up to store no more than it has to. Before anything goes live we walk you through exactly what is stored, where, and who can see it.
Does the voice receptionist sound robotic?
It uses a natural-sounding voice and is trained on your business, so it can answer real questions. The best test is to hear it yourself, and we will happily set up a demo trained on your business during the audit.
What if it gets something wrong?
Each system is set up to hand over to a person when it is unsure, rather than guess. You get a summary of every conversation, and the monthly review is where we fix anything it handled badly.
Do I need new software?
Usually not. We connect to the tools you already use where we can, and only build something new, like a CRM, when it saves you more than it costs.
What does it cost?
Every system is scoped to your business: we look at how it runs on a short call, then price it in writing before we start. Systems run on a 12-month agreement. The two AI add-ons have their own prices further down this page.
What does the AI chatbot cost to run?
£59 a month on a 12-month agreement, with the £199 setup waived on that commitment. It is a chat assistant on your website that answers questions and captures enquiries, day and night.
What is an AI receptionist?
An AI receptionist answers your missed and out-of-hours calls in a natural voice, using your own services, prices, opening hours and common questions. It takes the enquiry and passes it straight to you, and if you use a booking system or calendar, it books the customer in. Ours is £349 a month on a 12-month agreement, with the setup waived on that commitment.
How much does an AI receptionist cost?
£349 a month on a 12-month agreement, or £299 a month on the Scale plan, with the £495 setup waived on that commitment. On its own it includes 600 minutes of calls a month, then £0.25 a minute; on Scale, calls are covered up to 1,500 minutes a month on a fair-use basis. Always-on answering and additional sites are quoted separately.
Can the voice receptionist really answer my phone?
Yes. It answers your missed and out-of-hours calls in a natural, friendly voice, tailored to your business: your services, prices, opening hours, location and the questions your customers usually ask. It takes enquiries and passes them straight to you, and if you have a booking system or calendar, it books customers in automatically.
