Want more traffic and enquiries?

Add the Growth plan: SEO, GEO and AEO optimisation, four blog posts and two email campaigns every month.

+£450/month
  • Every build ships with search built in. Staying found is ongoing work (reviews, Google posts, blog posts and reports), and that’s what the monthly plans do: Local keeps you found nearby, and Growth adds SEO, GEO and AEO content every month.
  • Every site is tested on Google’s own speed test before launch. Shopify stores are built for speed.
  • Timelines run from your start date, once we have your content.
  • Projects are booked into our schedule in the order deposits arrive. We confirm your start date once your deposit clears.
  • Every website is built in our own code, never WordPress or Squarespace templates. Online shops are built on Shopify, the world’s leading e-commerce platform, with a custom design for your brand.

Add-ons

Have a larger project or specific business goal?

We scope it with you on a call, then agree the price and timeline in writing before anything starts.

Scoped to your goals

Partnership.

For established businesses that want one team behind their website, their search optimisation and the AI software that runs their day-to-day work, rather than a one-off build.

Bradley & ShaunThe founders, on every partnership
  • Your website and search optimisation, run by one team

  • Custom AI software built around how your business runs: workflows, assistants, CRMs and reporting that take repetitive work off your team

  • Scoped around your goals on a call

  • The monthly fee and terms agreed in writing

How does it start?

A call about where you want the business to go. Then the scope, fee and terms, agreed together in writing.

More than one site?

A multi-site discount, scoped to the number of sites.

FAQ.

Before you book: what we get asked most about paying, timings and what you own.

All questions
  • How long does a website take to build?

It depends on what you need. A single page is quick: usually live in 1 to 2 working days. For anything bigger, we agree the timeline in your scope before we start, based on the pages, features and content involved. As a guide, Essential typically takes 5 working days, Signature 10 and Commerce about 2 weeks, counted from your start date once we have your content.

  • What do I need to give you?

Your text, photos and logo, plus sites you like and your colours and fonts.

  • Can I edit my site myself?

Yes, on Signature and Commerce: you change your own words and images in a simple editor (or in Shopify for online shops), with training at handover. On Essential we make changes for you through a monthly plan or at our hourly rate, or you can add editing for £650 before the build or £850 after. Single-page sites don’t include editing.

  • Do I own the website?

Yes. Ownership of the agreed original work transfers to you after final payment. Third-party fonts, software and stock keep their own licences, and anything you owned before the project stays yours and is never held back.

  • Do you do referrals?

Yes: 10% of the project fee for every business you refer that books with us. That’s £300 on a Signature website, and there’s no limit. Just tell us who’s coming before they get in touch.

  • Why do I need a plan if I can edit it myself?

The editor covers your words and photos. A plan covers everything behind them: hosting, security updates, tested backups, renewing your domain and security certificate before they lapse, and fixing anything that breaks. It also covers the invisible details that keep you ranking, like image sizes, headings and page addresses, which are easy to get wrong when editing yourself. On Growth, we keep you climbing with fresh content and SEO, GEO and AEO every month.

  • How do I get started?

Book a free 15-minute call, send us a message with the form, or email us. We reply within 1 working day, talk it through, then send the scope and a fixed price in writing. Nothing starts until you’re happy with it and the 40% deposit has cleared.

  • What do you need from me for a quote?

A few lines on your business and what you want the website to do, roughly which pages or features you need, whether your logo, photos and text are ready, your current website if you have one, a few sites you like, your timeframe and a rough budget. The contact form asks for all of it.

  • Is the deposit refundable?

No. It covers planning and secures your slot.

  • Do you charge VAT?

No VAT is charged. We’re not VAT registered.

The small print

Paying for a project

  • Sign the agreement and pay the 40% deposit. It covers planning and secures your slot, so it’s non-refundable. Once it clears, we confirm your start date.
  • You approve the design in writing and 30% is due. Development begins once it clears.
  • You approve the final website. The last 30% is due on launch day, and we publish once it clears.
  • Extra pages, new features and changes beyond your included rounds are quoted first and need your written approval. They’re invoiced on top of the project fee, at the agreed price and payment time.
  • How we work, step by step

Hourly rates

  • On a plan: £50 an hour beyond what your plan includes.
  • Not on a plan: £85 an hour, one-hour minimum.
  • Single-page quick jobs (opening hours, a photo swap): £42.50 for up to 30 minutes.
  • Bigger jobs are quoted before we start.
  • Fixes and single features are for custom-built websites and Shopify stores, not template builds (Wix, Squarespace or WordPress themes).

Handover

  • Prefer to look after it yourself? You get the code files, a written setup guide, and the accounts, training and support set out in your scope. We can set it up on your own hosting at £85 an hour, with your domain and hosting in your name.

Plan and payment terms

  • Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance.
  • Single-page hosting is £120 a year: hosting, security certificate and domain renewals. Changes at our hourly rates.
  • Revision rounds: one on a single page and on Essential, two on Signature, three on Commerce.
  • Quotes are valid for 3 months.
