This website is operated by Black Line Agency. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Black Line Agency is a trading name of Bradley Hoxha and Shaun Padley, who trade together as a general partnership established in the United Kingdom. We are not a limited company, so there is no company registration number to give you. Our address for correspondence and for the service of documents is 16 Fern Close, Humberston, Grimsby, DN36 4ZX.

These terms cover the website only. If you engage us for work, that is governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, price, timescales and ownership — nothing on this website replaces it or forms a contract on its own.

The prices shown are clear, fixed prices for defined services, given in good faith. Larger projects are scoped and quoted individually. Prices on this site are an invitation to discuss work, not a contractual offer, and they are not binding until we have agreed a written scope with you. Any quote we send you is valid for 3 months from the date we send it.

We are not registered for VAT. No VAT is charged. If our turnover passes the registration threshold that will change, and we will tell you before it affects a price you have been given.

We take care over everything published here, but we do not warrant that the site is free of errors or that any particular outcome will follow from working with us. Nothing on this site should be treated as professional advice for your specific situation.

The design, code, text and images on this website are owned by Black Line Agency or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference. You may not republish, sell, or systematically copy any part of this site without our written permission.
