Black Line Agency is a trading name of Bradley Hoxha and Shaun Padley, who trade together as a general partnership established in the United Kingdom. We are not a limited company, so there is no company registration number to give you. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to anything we quote. If our turnover passes the registration threshold that will change, and we will tell you before it affects a price you have been given.
